You can only advertise items that you yourself are selling. Posting ads for friends or colleagues is not permitted. There's nothing to stop them becoming a member, completing their probationary five posts, and then placing an ad of their own.
Describe the item/s as best you can and also provide pictures, worth more than a 1,000 words apparently
If providing contact details you do so at your own risk. If intending to sell to other members then use the Private Message system to swap details. We strongly advise not giving out an address unless you know/trust the person that you're dealing with. Don't post your home address, or where the item for sale is stored, on the forum, as it's publicly viewable.
Ads placed for items and services are not approved, confirmed or guaranteed by GMSR&T.
Any sale, or service provided, is between buyer and the member advertising, this platform is offered as a free service to members without warranty. Disputes are not the concern of GMSR&T, if there are issues you'll need to work things out between yourselves.
Please create a new post in the thread once you have successfully sold the item, either here or elsewhere. This will indicate to the Admin/Moderators that the thread should be locked and flagged as SOLD which will indicate, along with your post, to others that the item is no longer available.

The administrators and moderators of GMSR&T reserve the right to remove, or edit, any posts in the 'For Sale/Wanted' section that we, in our opinion, fall outside of the above or are inappropriate. Repeat offenders may well find themselves on a warning or banned.
